Who We Are

Megan Darrah

Megan Darrah, OTR/L

Owner, Occupational Therapist

Megan has over a decade of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including outpatient, WV Birth to Three, IDD-Waiver and inpatient rehabilitation.

In October of 2024, Megan and her husband Jacob became the owners of Good Pediatric Rehabilitative Services. 

She is a proud alumni of WVU graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Health in 2010 and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011.  Since graduating, she has completed extensive courses in early childhood development, primitive reflex integration and neuro-developmental disorders.

Megan uses a child centered, play based and neurodiverse affirming approach while working with children and families. 

A little more about Megan:

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and their 2 dogs. She is the worship leader at her church and loves singing. Megan is a Morgantown native and enjoys exploring beautiful West Virginia. She enjoys being involved in her kids' activities and is a big WVU sports fan.

Lori Good
Racheal Biesecker

Rachael Biesecker, DPT

Physical Therapist

Rachael holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from WVU. She graduated in 2015 and has been working in pediatrics since the beginning of her career.

 

In 2021, Rachael began incorporating hippotherapy as a physical therapy treatment strategy through our partnership with On Eagle's Wings Therapeutic Horsemanship. She has completed Level 2 training from the American Hippotherapy Association and is a PATH registered therapist.

 

She treats children with a variety of needs across multiple settings and has additional training in the use of TMR and kinesiotaping.  Rachael strives to create a nurturing and encouraging environment for each child. She enjoys fostering development through play-based approaches, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of every child, making progress both fun and rewarding.

 

A little more about Rachael:

Rachael lives in Morgantown with her husband and  2 children. She loves spending time with her family at home or exploring the wonderful outdoors of WV.

Lindsey Elliott, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Lindsey Elliott is a native of Morgantown, WV. She graduated from WVU in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development & Family Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Health. In 2018, she received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

 

She is a Certified Autism Specialist and Certified Primitive Reflex Integration Clinical Specialist. She is passionate about play-based learning and using multi-sensory approaches in her treatments. She also loves community integration and allowing her patients to practice important life skills in real time. Lindsey organizes and runs monthly support groups for autism caregivers and is hoping to start up social groups for teens on the spectrum.

 

A little more about Lindsey:

Lindsey is a mama of triplets, one of which also has Autism and Complete Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum. She loves reading books in her spare time, mostly about neurodiversity, and choreographs musicals for Morgantown High School.

Raeshean Simmons, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Raeshean Simmons, is an Occupational Therapist who has a special focus on visual impairment.

Since 2022, she has had the privilege of working with families through West Virginia Birth to Three, supporting children during some of the most important years of their development.

 

Raeshean is excited to now offer vision services through Good Pediatric Rehabilitative Services, where she continue to follow her passion for helping kids thrive. Being a mom to two wonderful boys has deepened her love for working with children and shaped the way she approaches therapy — with empathy, creativity, and dedication.

 

A little more about Raeshean:

Outside of work, she loves traveling to new places, singing, and learning as much as she can to better serve the families she works with.
